Objectives of the course:
The purpose of this Business Ethics course is to acquire more practical information about Managing Ethics in the workplace.
I will allow trainees to obtain both moral and practical benefits when dealing with ethical issues in a global world, where it is more and more critical to understand and to manage highly diverse values, in ever changing environments.
At the end of the course trainees should be able to:
1- Understand Business Ethics environment and its major influence on management practices.
2- Be in possession of relevant business competences to enable them to handle global ethical challenges
3- Apply the various global managerial and ethical techniques learnt in the course to improve their international managerial practice.
Employees working in firms where no ethical policy is present or has to be updated and improved. Employees with no previous experience of business ethics mangement.
